Everyone working at this modern and gorgeous hotel was outstandingly accommodating. The room was impeccable and neat with nice view - we loved it: )

In general the staff were helpful and kind. Enjoyed climate control and a couch bed in the room. My bathroom was big.

The location was marvellous and nice, in the middle of jackson. We loved breakfast that was included. The staff team was really helpful.

Location: the hotel was close enough to downtown Petoskey and the lake. It also was in the middle of jackson. The room was lovely and with exceptionally comfortable beds. The bathroom here was big size.

The hotel was modern and absolutely fantastic and the staff were OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING. I was upgraded to an impeccable a double room. Great location of the property in the middle of jackson. Moreover, it's right by downtown Petoskey as well as restaurants.

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, near the lake, provides stunning views from the rooms. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service. Basic amenities are provided, and the rooms offer nice views. Additionally, the breakfast options are satisfying.

We loved the view of the lake from our room and the outdoor spaces were amazing with fireplaces, seating areas, and a swing. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very large and clean. We enjoyed the snack bar and Starbucks coffee available in the lobby. Staff was helpful and we felt comfortable using the Netflix feature on the TV.

Some of the staff were not properly masked, which was concerning for us.

Enjoyed the large windows with a beautiful view and the hot tub. It was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcomed. The location was perfect - close to all the best attractions and restaurants.

The walls and ceilings were thin, which made it difficult to sleep. We could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms, including loud talking and music.

All in all, this hotel leaves little room for improvement.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was great. We had a valley view room which was worth the extra cost. The room had plenty of USB charging ports and all the expected amenities. Sabrina at the front desk was lovely and helpful. The pool and hot tub were open late, and the hot tub was enjoyable.
